Mr. Hale has 35 years’ experience in surveying and 25 years’ in civil engineering and is a licensed professional land surveyor and professional civil engineer. He has experience as a project engineer, surveyor, land use planner and in permitting, Right of Entry, Right-of-Way acquisition and access road design. Mr. Hale has created SWPPPs, designed erosion & sediment control plans and completed environmental permitting. He has worked over 10 years on geophysical research crews as a crew manager, survey manager, survey crew chief and permitting agent. Mr. Hale also has extensive experience with coordinating and managing the GIS, surveying and AutoCADD mapping for geology, geotechnical & geophysical investigations as well as surveying & permitting for linear project Right-of-Way alignments. He has surveyed and/or managed the surveying and permitting for over 5,000 miles of alignment for geophysical research crews in the Rocky Mountain region (Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas). Mr. Hale has worked as a Project Engineer & SWPPP Developer on multiple fiber optic projects in California, Georgia, Indiana, Tennessee and Washington, D.C. Additionally, he has worked as a senior project manager, lead engineer and lead surveyor on multiple transmission line projects in Oregon, Idaho and Utah.
