Mr. Rauch has more than 13 years of OSP engineering design, surveying, and construction experience for telecommunications systems.  Mr. Rauch has extensive experience with GPS surveying, field design, permitting, preparation of project drawings, and quality control for fiber optic cable projects.  As Survey Party Chief, he has managed several field personnel and has been responsible for overall scheduling and quality control.  As project CAD lead, he has supervised a CAD staff of several CAD operators and quality control staff.

·         Survey Party Chief, GPS mapping for record drawings of fiber optic cable between Fort Worth, Texas and El Paso, Texas. (671 miles)

·         Survey Party Chief, GPS mapping for record drawings of fiber optic cable between Tulsa, Oklahoma and Dallas, Texas. (285 miles)

·         Survey Party Chief, GPS mapping for record drawings of fiber optic cable between Salt Lake City, Utah and Sacramento, California. (805 miles)

·         CAD lead, supporting design build project for installation of fiber optic cable in California between San Diego and Los Angeles.  This project utilized AutoCAD in the preparation of drawings representing over 60 miles of metropolitan construction.

·         CAD lead, support for the preparation of record drawings utilizing AT&T Graphic Guidelines for 170 mile project between St. Cloud, Minnesota to Moorhead, Minnesota.

·         Engineering Technician, fiber optic cable.  Mr. Rauch provided technical assistance for the design and construction for the Seattle entrance for this 900-mile fiber optic cable project between Seattle, Washington and Salt Lake City, Utah.  He assisted in the engineering design, right of way and permit acquisition, and as-built drawing quality control.

·         Survey Party Chief, GPS mapping for installation of fiber optic cable between Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington.  He also was responsible for providing GPS survey control between Seattle, Washington and the Washington/Idaho border for the same project.
